Leaders Call Updates - Monday 26th November
Short and sweet call today, couple of positive updates;
They are excited to be going to Ireland, the first time the Exec team on a trip since Portugal.
After this webinar, the Monday leaders call will be run by David Hooker.
Pay In
Automatic funding that was missed by AW, STP and Payza, all processed up 25th November.
Pay Outs
Payza, will be processed between November 26-28
STP, we do regular payouts to STP. Most of the pending October payments missed was due to a negative balance – if you have an outstanding request to STP please send a ticket to your IC.
Card loaded by November 30th. (That is what Raj said, but I am assuming he means that the payments will be filled by the 30th and then we will have payment dates in the withdrawal log)
Support
Stellar Point, who look after the support in Canada, have just moved to a new bigger office and now have live chat on every shift. Phone support times will change, offering wider availability.
That said, live chat has not been working as it should be and as a result live chat is offline while IT resolve the issue. Currently there is no 24 hour live chat, but this should be back today or tomorrow.
Support tickets now being answered around the clock.

We have just hired 23 new support staff in various departments, from AdCos to Support.
New publisher platform – hopefully a surprise in Ireland re this.
More staff hired for ID approvals. Cards are going out in huge numbers now.
Updated and clarified guidance re over $10,000 a month withdrawals will be posted by approx Wednesday.
